Map Tile Usage

Map tiles are to be only used inside GPS Tracks. They may not be sold to anyone for any purpose. They may not be viewed or transferred to any other application. The subscription is non-transferable. GPS Tracks shall not be used for any illegal activity and it's use shall comply with local laws.

Downloading Map Tiles

The user may download as many map tiles as needed during the subscription period. Some map types or services have bandwidth limitations and will be reflected in the app.

Map Tile Providers

DM Software Solutions reserve the right the change the map tile providers at any time for any reason.

End of Subscription and Refunds

When the subscription expires the user will not be able to access the downloaded map tiles both in the app or at the server. Refunds cannot be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.

Changes to this privacy policy and terms of use

DM Software Solutions has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
